Ibile Hub is built to be enjoyed, not chased. These are the promises we make, and the controls you have in the app.
What we promise.
No cash prizes
Coins, gems, cowries and items have no cash value and can't be withdrawn. No game, match or tournament pays out money.
Skill decides ranked games
Ranked matches allow cosmetics only, with no boosters. Your rating moves on how you play.
Prices stated plainly
You see exactly how many coins a top-up buys before you pay, and what an item does before you buy it.
For adults
You need to be 18 or over to have an account.
The controls in the app.
Find them in Settings, under Responsible play.
- Top-up limits: set how much you can top up in a day, a week or a month.
- A spending limit: cap the coins you spend in a day.
- A time limit: choose how long you want to play each day, and we'll remind you when you reach it.
- A break: pause your account for 7, 14 or 30 days. During a break you can't play matches, top up or spend, and it can't be ended early.
- Cooling off: tightening a limit works at once. Loosening or removing one waits 24 hours.
If it stops being fun.
Step back. Take a break from the app, talk to someone you trust, and reach out to a local support service if play feels like a problem for you or someone you know.
