Enter your email address and we'll send you a six-digit code. Type it in and you're in. There's no password to remember. Codes expire after a few minutes, so if yours has, request a new one. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. You need to be 18 or over to have an account.

Coins are bought with naira by topping up (1 Coin = ₦1, and bigger bundles include bonus Coins). Use them for things like tournament tickets and certain store items, or convert them into Gems. Gems come only from converting Coins (10 Coins = 1 Gem) and buy cosmetics such as board, piece and card skins. Cowries are earned, not bought. You get them from daily rewards, missions, winning matches, milestones and referrals, and you can spend them in the store or gift them to friends. None of them have cash value, and none can be withdrawn.

Claim once a day from Home. Each day in a row pays more Cowries: 25, 40, 60, 90, 120, 160, then 200 on day 7, plus a 300-Cowrie bonus every seventh day. After day 7 you keep earning 200 a day. Miss one day and your streak survives. Miss more and it starts again, unless you hold a streak freeze from the store. The day resets at 00:00 WAT.

Every day at 00:00 WAT you get three new missions: one to play, one to win and one to try something new. Finish one and claim its reward before midnight. Unclaimed rewards don't carry over. Your first win of each day also pays a 30-Cowrie bonus.

You can send Cowries to anyone on your friends list. Each gift must be at least 50 Cowries, and you can give up to 500 Cowries in total per day. The limit resets at 00:00 WAT. Gifts are final once sent. Coins and Gems can't be gifted.

Each game has its own rating, starting at 1200. Ranked and tournament matches move it up when you win and down when you lose. Beating a stronger player gains you more, and losing to a weaker one costs more. Casual matches don't change your rating. Ranked matches allow cosmetics only, with no boosters. Leaderboards show the top-rated players overall and among your friends.

Yes. An unfinished online game is saved and shows on Home with whose turn it is. Tap it to pick up where you left off. It stays saved until it's finished, resigned or it expires. If you don't want to continue, you can resign it from there. Resigning counts as a loss. Offline games against the computer can be continued from the game's Continue button.

Don't pay again. Payments sometimes take a few minutes to confirm. The app keeps re-checking a pending top-up, including after you reopen it, and credits your Coins once Paystack confirms the payment. If they still haven't arrived after an hour, email us with the payment reference from your Paystack receipt and we'll trace it. A payment that was taken but never credited will be credited or refunded.

Top-ups are paid in naira through Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD. Choose a bundle or enter your own amount, and you'll see exactly how many Coins you'll get before you pay. We never see your full card number. Purchases are final, except where a charge failed, was duplicated or didn't credit.

In Settings → Responsible play you can set a spending limit, turn on a daily time reminder, or take a break for 7, 14 or 30 days. During a break you can't play matches, top up or spend. Tightening a setting works immediately. Loosening one takes 24 hours, and a break can't be ended early. See our responsible-play page.

Go to Settings → Account. Download my data emails you a copy of your profile, matches, ratings and transactions. It goes to your verified backup email, so add one there first. Delete account permanently erases your profile and signs you out on every device. We'll send a code to your sign-in email to confirm it's you. Deletion can't be undone, and any remaining balances and items are lost. See our privacy policy for what we keep and why.

No. Ibile Hub is for skill and social play. There are no cash prizes, and Coins, Gems, Cowries and items can't be cashed out or withdrawn. Your reward for winning is Cowries, your rating and your place on the leaderboard.
